- Furniture, reno, printer, computer, renovations etc
- Reno just done for a while, worth 30+k
- Phone and internet line if desired
- Suitable for people that wants to start their own shop
- For this option owner will handle all the previous signups himself
- Fixtures, dresses and equipments are worth around 130k, willing to let go at just 75k

Option 2:
Assets, space, business name, business website, contacts, balance clients
- You'll be buying over everything in option 1
- Contacts that owner curated, such as photographer, makeup artist, studio, gown supplier
- Website, social media sites
- Owner's assistance for three months
- Owner to assist in handover of clients
- Wedding gown designs planned for entire 2019, they will be made and delivered to you in batches
- This option is worth 200k, willing to let go at just 95k

Company profile:
- Located at central area, nicely renovated & accessable
- Rental premise with less than 1 year lease left, but able to extend at the same rate
- Bridal company with gowns packages, photography, videography, makeup services
